Morgan Mayyas brings a unique background to canine behavior and wellness, blending education, compassion, and lifelong learning. A former U.S. Army intelligence analyst, Morgan later pursued a career in social work before discovering a deep passion for animals. This led to earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Health and Behavior from Unity Environmental University.

Morgan is a Fear Free Certified Professional and has completed The Aggression in Dogs Master Course through AggressiveDog.com, an intensive professional program developed by world-renowned aggression expert Michael Shikashio, CDBC. This advanced certification reflects a commitment to evidence-based, humane methods for assessing and modifying aggressive behavior safely and effectively.

Her work is guided not only by formal education but also by the lessons learned alongside two beloved dogs: Zola, a multipurpose service dog, and Luna, who was born deaf. Zola and Luna have been both partners and teachers, shaping Morgan’s understanding of communication, resilience, and the profound bond between dogs and their people. Together, they enjoy exploring nature, traveling, and dog sports like paddleboarding, Fast CAT, agility, and bikejoring.

This combination of professional training, personal experience, and a genuine love for animals fuels Morgan’s mission: to help dogs thrive physically, emotionally, and behaviorally through science-based, compassionate care.
